Rental Fees
When you rent a unit there is a Deposit fee equal to the months rent for that size unit and a $30.00 Start up fee. The Deposit is refundable if everything is cleaned out of the unit when you move out.
5 x 5 - $60 Rent + $60 Deposit + 30 Start fee = $150.00 for the first month.
5 x 10 - $70 + $70 + $30 = $170 for the first month.
10 x 10 - $100 + $100 + $30 = $230 for the first month.
10 x 15 - $130 + $130 + $30 = $290 for the first month
10 x 20 - $150 + $150 + $30 = $330 for the first month
